GYODER and the biggest exhibition company worldwide, Reed Exhibitions, joined forces for a giant event: ISTANBUL Restate.The event will bring together the biggest players in the real estate sector in Istanbul, providing new opportunities to investors and accelerating the market.

“ISTANBUL REstate”, organized by GYODER and Reed Exhibitions to be launched in June 2009, has been introduced to financiers, project developers and investors in a pre-show cocktail in Ciragan Palace. “ISTANBUL Restate” with its unique concept being the Turkey’s first regional real estate exhibition with international participants and in holding The Turkish Real Estate Summit, has been introduced in the premium launch event with speeches from GYODER Chairman BEKIR CUMURCU , Reed Exhibitions Middle East and Eastern Europe General Manager MATTHIAS LIMBECK, GYODER Vice-Chairman and ISTANBUL REstate Chairman NURHAN AZIZOGLU, ISTANBUL REstate General Manager ISMAIL SEZEN and Dr. GEORG WAILAND Owner and General Director of GEWINN, the leading business magazine. This event is to be held parallel to the Istanbul Restate in 2009.“

The Turkish Real Estate Summit, first launched by GYODER in 2000, and has since become a trademark of real estate sector providing a platform for discussions on burning issues about the real estate sector will be organized with “ISTANBUL REstate” exhibition, starting 2009. The events will be launched at Istanbul Lutfi Kirdar Convention & Exhibition Centre in 2-3-4 June 2009, the first day will be the Turkish Real Estate Summit, the other days will consist of the exhibition, parallel forums, networking meetings, and meeting events for strengthening and expanding the relations within the sector. “ISTANBUL REstate” will bring together local authorities, REIC’s, project developers, investors, financiers, building management companies and consulting companies together and more than 200 exhibitors from Europe, Middle East, Russia and CIS, North Africa and Turkey will present their projects and investment opportunities.
